Transport Ropes are created from long, stringy fibers, but are often made from certain natural or synthetic fibers. They may be designed to float on water and are significantly stronger than natural fiber ropes. Moreover, they are more tensile-stable than ropes constructed of natural fibers. The twist of the strands in a twisted or braided rope makes it possible for Transport Ropes to more evenly transfer tension among the various strands while also maintaining the rope structural integrity.
